Ming-Chi Kuo, the Apple Analyst has unveiled that Apple may roll out iPhone SE 2 in Q1 of 2020. The tech-giant would probably start selling its latest smartphone at a price of $399. Even more, Kuo has noted that the smartphone will likely have the A13 processor. Thus it may have the same power unit as that of the iPhone 11 series. But the phonemaker may not include 3GB RAM in the latest device. According to the Apple Analyst, the iPhone SE 2 might arrive in the market in three different colors: Red, Silver and Space Gray.
Before this, Kuo said the iPhone SE 2 will not have a look as iPhone SE. Instead, it will be a next-generation iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s, which pinpoints a larger phone with more latest design. But now the analyst says the upcoming iPhone SE is not about the old design or the small size. So the users of upcoming iPhone SE 2 will have to pay the price for the performance. Maybe the size of the iPhone SE 2 will be identical to iPhone 8. In line with the internal storage, the users will have two choices, i.e., 64GB and 128GB. Notably, the iPhone SE 2 will carry as well as drop some features of its predecessor. For example, iPhone SE did not offer a 3D Touch functionality, and Apple seems to phase out that. So the upcoming device will never offer the functionality of 3D Touch.
The Apple analyst surmises the phone maker has told suppliers to manufacture between 2 to 4 million units of iPhone SE 2 monthly. He anticipates Apple will sell in excess of 30 million units of iPhone SE 2 across the upcoming year. The $399 price for the latest device is much better than apple’s previous offering. In 2016, the phonemaker offered the original iPhone SE at $399 which had a configuration of 16 GB. Kuo also expects that the device will be Apple’s growth driver for the year 2020.
